When will my flowers arrive?
Same-day delivery is available if you order before 3pm in your local time zone. Otherwise, your flowers arrive on the date you select at checkout — any day of the week, including weekends.
Can I change the delivery date after ordering?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t shipped, just reply to your order confirmation email or call us at (888) 463-8535. We’ll move it to a new date with no fee.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
Our florists leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot and notify the recipient. For secure buildings we coordinate with the front desk or reception.
Can I see a photo of my bouquet before delivery?
On deluxe and premium arrangements we can send a photo of the finished bouquet before it leaves the studio — just ask in the order notes.
What is your return / refund policy?
If anything arrives less than perfect, send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
Can I subscribe to this bouquet for regular delivery?
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly subscriptions are available at checkout, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
Is this bouquet safe for pets?
Many cut flowers can be mildly irritating to curious pets, and a few (such as lilies) are best kept away from cats. If you’re sending to a pet-friendly home, add a note at checkout and we’ll suggest a pet-safe arrangement.
